Find the real header row
Look for the first dense row of unique text labels. It usually sits immediately above the first data record.
Remove merged title cells
Merged cells in report titles are useful for presentation but unreliable for data processing. Keep them outside the table range.

Monthly exports can move the header row. Detect it per file instead of assuming one fixed row number.
