Spreadsheet processing / 表格处理

FoldSuite reads and processes selected spreadsheet files inside your browser. File contents, filenames and cell values are not sent to FoldSuite servers. Closing or refreshing the page clears the active working session.

FoldSuite 在浏览器中读取和处理你选择的表格。文件内容、文件名和单元格数据不会发送至 FoldSuite 服务器。关闭或刷新页面会清除当前工作会话。

Anonymous product statistics / 匿名产品统计

To understand reliability and improve the product, FoldSuite records only anonymous aggregate data: page path, broad referral category, country code supplied by the hosting network, device category, 30/60-second engagement thresholds, tool start, export success or failure, language, file-count range and row-count range. It does not store IP addresses, full referrer URLs, browser fingerprints, filenames, worksheet names, column names, cell contents or exact row counts.

为了解产品可靠性，FoldSuite 仅记录工具启动、导出成功或失败、语言、文件数量区间和数据行数区间等粗粒度事件，不记录文件名、工作表名、列名、单元格内容或精确行数。

Feedback / 反馈

Feedback text is stored so problems can be investigated. When email notifications are configured, the same feedback text, language and page path are also sent through the configured email delivery provider. Spreadsheet files and cell contents are never included automatically. Do not enter spreadsheet data, personal identifiers, account numbers or confidential information.

用户提交的反馈文字会被保存以便排查问题。配置邮件通知后，同一段反馈文字、语言和页面路径也会通过所配置的邮件服务商发送；系统不会自动附带表格文件或单元格内容。请勿填写表格数据、个人身份信息、账号或机密内容。

Storage and sharing / 保存与共享

Anonymous event counters and feedback are retained for product improvement. FoldSuite does not sell spreadsheet data or feedback. Spreadsheet content cannot be shared because it is never received.

匿名事件计数和反馈会用于改进产品。FoldSuite 不出售表格数据或反馈；由于服务器从未接收表格内容，因此也无法共享这些内容。

Your choices / 你的选择

You can use the spreadsheet tool without an account. If you do not want to submit feedback, simply leave the feedback form unused.
